Here's terrific news about Emmi!

01/21/2009:

Darling little Emmi went to her forever home last night. Even though she was only with us a week she made a big impression with her sweet and loving nature and we'll definitely miss her. It was such a joy and privilege to foster her, and an even greater privilege to connect her with the S. family. I couldn't ask for a better home for this precious girl. It's clear she's going to be so loved, and so happy. When we arrived, she jumped right up onto her
special spot on her new sofa and snuggled in between her new mom and dad, and the look she gave me said it all:

"Thanks FM, you can go now - I'm home!"

Home. What a sweet, wonderful word. :)

As always, I want to thank RAGOM for the wonderful work they do and for allowing us to be a part of it. We're so grateful that Emmi has a second chance to share her boundless love with the world. Everyone who meets her goes away a little brighter, and it's all thanks to the countless people who work so hard and give so much so that dogs like Emmi can be saved.
